SEA NEWS is seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Collection Executive to manage and follow up on outstanding payments from clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills to ensure timely collection of dues while maintaining positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments through calls, emails, and personal visits when required.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and achieve collection targets.
• Maintain accurate records of payment status, collection activities, and client communications.
• Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales departments for payment reconciliation and dispute resolution.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
• Track overdue accounts and take appropriate actions for recovery.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Email).
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Experience1–3 years of experience in collections, recovery, accounts receivable, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply.
