Job Description

Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for generating business opportunities, promoting HT Panels, LT Panels, Dry Type & Oil Type Transformers, and associated electrical products. The role includes customer acquisition, tender participation, quotation preparation, technical discussions, negotiation, order finalization, and maintaining strong customer relationships across industrial, commercial, infrastructure, government, and EPC sectors.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentIdentify new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, infrastructure, and government sectors.
  • Generate enquiries for:
  • HT Switchgear Panels
  • LT Distribution Panels
  • PCC, MCC, APFC Panels
  • VFD & PLC Panels
  • AMF & Synchronization Panels
  • Dry Type Transformers
  • Oil Filled Transformers
  • Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop new customers while maintaining existing accounts.
  • Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Marketing ActivitiesPromote company products through direct marketing.
  • Build relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, electrical contractors, industries, and government departments.
  • Participate in exhibitions, vendor meets, and technical seminars.
  • Maintain customer database and follow-up schedules.
  • Tender & Bid ManagementIdentify tenders from:
  • GeM
  • CPP Portal
  • State Electricity Boards
  • Government Departments
  • PSUs
  • Study tender specifications.
  • Coordinate with estimation and technical teams.
  • Prepare techno-commercial offers.
  • Submit bids before deadlines.
  • Quotation & Estimation SupportCoordinate with design and estimation teams.
  • Prepare commercial quotations.
  • Negotiate prices with customers.
  • Follow up until purchase order release.
  • Maintain quotation records.
  • Customer Relationship ManagementDevelop long-term relationships with customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly.
  • Coordinate after-sales support.
  • Collect customer feedback.
  • Project CoordinationCoordinate between:
  • Customer
  • Design Team
  • Production
  • Purchase
  • Quality
  • Dispatch
  • Track project execution.
  • Ensure timely delivery.
  • Payment Follow-upFollow up for advance payments.
  • Coordinate invoice submission.

  • Gather information on upcoming projects.
