Job Title: Service Advisor
Location: Aluva, Kochi, Kerala
Salary: ₹22,000 per month
Job SummaryOla Electric is looking for a customer-focused and proactive Service Advisor to manage customer interactions, coordinate vehicle servicing, and ensure timely delivery of vehicles while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and understand their service requirements.
- Prepare job cards and record customer concerns accurately.
- Coordinate with technicians for vehicle inspection and repair.
- Explain service details, estimated costs, and delivery timelines to customers.
- Provide regular updates on vehicle service status.
- Ensure vehicles are delivered on time after quality checks.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Maintain service records and follow company SOPs.
- Promote value-added services and warranty programs when applicable.
- EligibilityEducation: Below 12th / 10th Pass / 12th Pass.
- Experience in automobile, EV, or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.
- Required SkillsGood communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic understanding of two-wheelers or electric vehicles.
- Teamwork and coordination.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to learn and work in a service environment.
