Field Officer

Conduct scheduled and surprise patrols at assigned client locations.

Ensure security guards are present at their assigned posts and performing their duties.

Verify attendance, uniforms, ID cards, and grooming standards of security personnel.

Inspect entry and exit points, perimeter fencing, parking areas, and other critical security zones.

Monitor CCTV systems, fire safety equipment, emergency exits, and access control systems.

Identify and report security breaches, safety hazards, suspicious activities, and operational issues.

Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, accidents, and client complaints.

Verify visitor registers, material movement records, attendance registers, and other security documentation.

Prepare and submit daily patrol reports, inspection reports, and incident reports with photographs.

Coordinate with Security Supervisors, Operations Team, and client representatives to resolve security concerns.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, client security policies, and statutory regulations.

Assist during emergency situations, evacuations, and incident investigations.

Maintain discipline, professionalism, and confidentiality while performing duties.

Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting manager
