Position: B2C Sales Executive (Jewellery Counter)
Location- Iskcon Cross Road / Satellite Road, Ahmedabad
Gender Target- Female (Sales Girls)
Experience - 2 Years (Maximum 2 years)
Salary Range - ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentive
Timings - 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Reporting To - Store Manager
About the Role
Khoobi Jewellery is launching a brand-new premium showroom in Ahmedabad! We are looking for enthusiastic, well-groomed, and customer-oriented Female Sales Executives to join our counter sales team. If you love interacting with people, have a passion for jewelry, and want to grow your retail career with an expanding brand, we want to welcome you aboard.
Key Responsibilities
● Customer Service: Welcome walk-in customers warmly, understand their preferences, and guide them through our exclusive collections.
● Sales Generation: Active involvement in showcasing relevant products, explaining designs/purity, and driving sales conversion at the counter.
● Counter Management: Maintaining the absolute cleanliness, perfect organization, and premium visual appeal of the assigned jewelry counter.
● Product Knowledge: Thoroughly learning about jewelry items, current gold/diamond rates, making charges, and purity metrics to resolve customer queries confidently.
● Stock Coordination: Collaborating closely with the Store Manager to report daily counter sales, stock updates, and required inventory refills.
Requirements & Qualifications
● Experience: Maximum experience allowed is 2 years in retail sales (experience in jewelry, or luxury silver retail is a definite advantage).
● Communication: Clear and polite communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi. Basic understanding of English is beneficial.
● Appearance & Presentation: Must be well-groomed, professional, and possess strong interpersonal skills to handle premium retail clientele.
● Commute: Candidates residing near Iskcon Cross Road, Satellite, or surrounding areas in Ahmedabad will be preferred for convenience.
