Job Description
TGG Steakhouse is hiring passionate and dedicated Commi Chefs to join our kitchen team as we launch Mangalore's newest premium steakhouse.
We're looking for individuals who are eager to learn, maintain high kitchen standards, and work in a fast-paced professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and mise en place.
- Follow recipes, SOPs, and portion standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in your workstation.
- Support senior chefs during service.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Help maintain consistency and food quality.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen is preferred.
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food safety.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
