About the Role
Jain Bandhu Saree Showroom is looking for a confident, well-spoken, and customer-friendly Female Customer Engagement & Social Media Executive. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi and be able to interact with customers to enhance our online presence through testimonials, reviews, and social media engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
-Welcome and interact with customers in a polite and professional manner.
-Build a positive relationship with customers and encourage them to share their shopping experience.
-Explain the benefits of sharing reviews and testimonials.
-Video Testimonials
-Request customers to record short video testimonials after their purchase.
-Assist customers in recording clear, high-quality testimonial videos.
-Ensure customers are comfortable and have provided consent before recording.
-Google Reviews
-Encourage satisfied customers to post genuine Google Reviews.
-Assist customers in submitting reviews by guiding them through the process.
-Maintain a daily record of reviews received.
-Social Media Growth
-Encourage customers to follow Jain Bandhu Saree Showroom on:
-YouTube
-Inform customers about ongoing offers, new collections, and social media updates.
-Help increase followers and customer engagement across all social media platforms.
-Content Support
-Capture photos and short videos of products and customer experiences when required.
-Coordinate with the marketing team for uploading content.
-Suggest creative ideas for social media posts and customer engagement.
-Daily Reporting
-Maintain daily records of:
-Video testimonials collected
-Google Reviews received
-Instagram followers gained
-Facebook followers gained
-YouTube subscribers gained
-Submit a daily performance report to the management.
-Required Skills
-Good spoken English and Hindi.
-Confident and presentable personality.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Reviews.
-Comfortable using smartphones and social media applications.
-Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
-Ability to convince customers politely without being pushy.
-Qualifications
-Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
-Experience in customer service, retail, telecalling, or social media will be an added advantage.
-Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
