The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of core Java and J2EE concepts, as well as hands-on experience working with JSP, Servlet, and Hibernate & affluent in MySQL/SQL Server/Oracle/PostgreSQL will be a plus. As a Java Lead Developer, he/she will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing and developing high-quality software solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time.
Responsibilities: • Lead a team of developers and provide technical guidance and mentorship • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using Java and related technologies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices • Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications and provide timely resolutions • Optimize application performance and scalability • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in Java development Requirements: • Strong understanding of core Java and J2EE concepts • Hands-on experience working with JSP, Servlet, Hibernate, Strut, Spring/Curd and Java Beans • Knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases • Familiarity with web application frameworks such as Spring or Struts • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Maven) • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
