Job Summary

The Collection Executive is responsible for ensuring timely collection of monthly chit instalments, maintaining healthy customer relationships, and minimizing payment defaults.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collect monthly chit instalments from customers within the assigned area.
• Ensure timely deposit of collected amounts into the branch.
• Issue receipts and maintain proper collection records.
• Follow up with overdue customers to reduce outstanding payments.
• Build positive relationships with members while maintaining collection discipline.
• Report payment status, overdue accounts, and field activities to the branch office.
• Coordinate with the Accounts and Legal teams for recovery cases when required.
• Ensure safe handling of cash and compliance with company collection procedures.
• Verify customer information during collection visits whenever required.
• Assist customers regarding payment schedules and account-related queries.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Achieve collection efficiency targets set by the management.
