Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Senior Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2C sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service mindset.


Key Responsibilities


Welcome and assist customers in the store.


Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.


Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.


Cross-sell and upsell products to increase sales.


Maintain excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.


Handle billing, POS operations, and basic store activities.


Ensure products are displayed neatly and the store is well maintained.


Follow company SOPs and support store operations
