Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support & Sales Support Executives for a leading BPO in Hyderabad across Voice and Chat processes.
Roles Available:
- Voice Process Executive
- Chat Support Executive
- Semi-Voice Process Executive
Shift: Rotational Night Shifts and Day Shifts
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries via calls, chat, or email
• Provide prompt and professional customer support
• Resolve customer concerns while ensuring high service quality
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Follow company policies and quality standards
What we're looking for:
- Excellent English communication — mandatory
- Graduation completed (UG/Graduate) — mandatory
- Comfortable with rotational shifts — mandatory
- Comfortable with night shifts — mandatory
- Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate immediately — mandatory
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary:
- ₹13,000 – ₹16,000 in-hand Plus Incentive up to ₹8,000
