Operations Manager

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and highly organized Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations and ensure seamless execution of projects from design to delivery.

• Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate between clients, designers, production teams, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Follow up on procurement activities and material requirements.
• Maintain project trackers, status reports, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate dispatches, logistics, and delivery schedules.
• Support billing, collections, purchase documentation, and related administrative tasks.
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination across all departments.
• Monitor ongoing projects and proactively resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Assist management with operational planning and project updates.

• Preferred Skills

• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with a process-driven approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of ownership.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Operations, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in Operations, Project Coordination, Administration, Supply Chain, or a similar role.
• Experience in manufacturing, design, fabrication, branding, printing, corporate gifting, event management, or production environments will be an added advantage.
