As a Production Engineer, your day-to-day duties will consist of managing the day-to-day production activities as per the plans.

Job Description & Responsibilities

MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF WELDING PROCESS LIKE TIG MIG ROBOTIC COMPLUSORY

• Planning, managing, and overseeing all elements of production in the facility.
• Ensuring machinery and equipment run smoothly and reliably.
• Designing new equipment, procedures, and systems for industrial purposes.
• Performing routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting malfunctions.
• Implementing and enforcing safety guidelines and procedures.
• Working with other engineers and management to develop budgets, cost analysis, and cost control.
• Ensuring the facility complies with all health and safety regulations.
• Continuously finding ways to improve production efficiency.
• Control on manufacturing processes, Manpower, etc.
• Focus on achieving the targets – Monthly/Quarterly/ Yearly.

·       Daily shop floor loading, update daily production reports.

• Optimize the productivity.
• Reduce cycle time
• Focus on quality/safety/5S
• Ensures accurate records are maintained for product work orders.

Qualifications/Skills

• Proven work experience as a Production Engineer or similar role.
• Knowledge of manufacturing process and equipment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
• Degree in Engineering, Mechanical/Production, or relevant field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Production Engineer/Supervisor.
• Ability to quickly and efficiently resolve issues that occur during day-to-day operations.

Salary – 30 – 40 K/Month. On third party role.
