Chat Support Specialist

• 💼 Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via chat for service, technical, and e-commerce queries.
• Deliver accurate, professional, and timely resolutions.
• Handle up to 3 customer chats simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
• Document customer interactions and follow support processes.
• Stay updated on products, company policies, and technical information.
• Achieve individual and team performance goals.

✅ Eligibility

🎓 Graduates Only with good English communication.

• 🌟 Freshers are welcome to apply!
• 💼 Prior Chat Support experience is preferred (for experienced candidates).
• ✍️ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• ⌨️ Typing speed of 35+ WPM with 90% accuracy (assessment required).
• 📱 Good knowledge of smartphones, consumer electronics, and digital products.
• ⚡ Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• 🎂 Age: Up to 33 years

🎓 Training

14 Days Classroom Training

• 1 Week On-the-Job Training (OJT)
• 🏅 Certification upon successful completion

🕒 Work Schedule📅 Full-Time

1-Year Renewable Contract

• 6 Days Working
• Rotational Shifts

• 👩 Female: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 👨 Male: Shift window between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (based on business requirements)
• ☕ 1-Hour Break (30-minute lunch + two 15-minute breaks)

💰 Salary & Benefits

💵 Freshers: ₹25,000 CTC

💵 Experienced: Up to ₹35,000 CTC (based on experience)
