Job Description
- The Sales & Marketing Management Trainee supports the sales and marketing team in executing business strategies, managing sales data, and achieving revenue targets. This role involves working closely with the Team Leader, who provides sales data and assigns sales targets. The trainee is responsible for analyzing this data, tracking performance, and contributing to the successful implementation of sales and marketing initiatives.Receive, maintain, and analyze sales data provided by the Team Leader.
- Track and monitor individual and team performance against assigned sales targets.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing plans.
- Prepare accurate reports, dashboards, and presentations for performance review.
- Identify sales trends, customer behavior patterns, and potential growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with sales team members to ensure timely data updates and accuracy.
- Support lead generation, client follow-ups, and conversion activities.
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and outreach activities.
- Ensure all tasks and activities align with company goals and timelines.Gain practical exposure to sales operations, target management, and marketing strategies.
- Develop analytical, communication, and business development skills.
- Work under the guidance and mentorship of the Team Leader and senior management.Accuracy and reliability of sales data management
- Timely submission of reports and updates
