Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Ensure safety and security of Mulmul premises, employees, visitors, and assets.
- Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel.
- Maintain visitor records and gate registers accurately.
- Conduct regular patrols of the building, office floors, store, and surrounding areas.
- Prevent unauthorized access, theft, damage, or suspicious activities.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report any unusual incidents immediately.
- Assist in emergency situations such as fire, medical emergencies, or evacuation procedures.
- Ensure office/store opening and closing procedures are followed properly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and facility teams when required.
- Maintain discipline and provide courteous assistance to employees and visitors.
