Field Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

 Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets

 Identify and develop new business opportunities in the compressor market

 Handle key accounts and build long-term customer relationships

 Promote and sell compressors, spare parts, and service solutions

 Review and approve techno-commercial quotations

 Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance through CRM software

 Ensure proper CRM usage for lead tracking, follow-ups, and reporting

 Coordinate with service, operations, and accounts teams for smooth execution

 Conduct regular field visits, customer meetings, and site inspections

 Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements

 Ensure timely payment collection and outstanding follow-ups

Key Skills & Competencies

 Strong leadership and team management skills

 In-depth knowledge of compressors (air compressors, screw compressors, etc.)

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

 Hands-on experience with CRM software (CRM, or similar)

 Strong analytical and decision-making abilities

 Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills

 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
