Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Drafting
  • Create and customize nameplate designs using CorelDRAW based on customer requirements.
  • Prepare and share digital drafts and previews of custom nameplates with customers for approval before production.
  • Ensure all design files meet print media standards for production quality.
  • Customer Handling
  • Communicate effectively with customers via email, calls, and chat to understand and fulfill customization needs.
  • Address queries about products, customization, and order status throughout the process.
  • Provide an excellent customer experience by being responsive, attentive, and proactive.
  • Order Processing & Fulfilment
  • Manage and process Shopify orders, ensuring accuracy from purchase through production to delivery.
  • Coordinate with the production team to facilitate timely completion and dispatch of orders.
  • Update order status in Shopify and inform customers as their orders progress.
  • Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work with internal teams such as production, logistics, and support to resolve any issues quickly.
  • Maintain records of customer communications, design files, and order processing details for future reference.
