🚀 FiveS Digital Is Hiring | Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM)
(Cross Sales – Loan Sales Process)
📍 Location:Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
🕒 Shift:Fixed (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
📅 Weekly Off:Sunday
💼 Key Responsibilities (Loan Sales Process):
* Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
* Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.
* Drive cross-selling of banking and financial products
* Generate leads and convert them into successful loan applications
* Guide customers through the end-to-end loan process (eligibility, documentation, application, disbursal)
* Maintain strong follow-ups to ensure higher conversion rates
* Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
* Resolve customer queries related to loan products, interest rates, and processes
* Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
🎯 Preferred Candidate Profile:
* Good communication and convincing skills
* Basic understanding of banking/loan products (preferred)
* Sales-driven mindset with target orientation
* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
💰 Salary:
💵 Up to ₹18,000 to ₹ 20,000 (Based on experience & performance)
