Website Operations Executive – GolfbuyIndia


**Location:** Ludhiana

**Job Type:** Full-Time


### Responsibilities


* Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Inventory teams.

* Track orders and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

* Manage inward and outward stock records.

* Update products, inventory, and order status on the website.

* Prepare reports and maintain data in Excel.

* Coordinate with vendors and internal teams.

* Solve day-to-day operational issues and improve processes.

* Ensure inventory records are accurate.


### Requirements


* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

* Strong communication and coordination skills.

* Good common sense and problem-solving ability.

* Organized and detail-oriented.

* Ability to handle multiple tasks.

* Experience in e-commerce operations is a plus.
