Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Metro Orthodontics' range of dental products to dental clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for dentists and healthcare professionals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and submit performance reports to management.
• Follow up on quotations, customer orders, and post-sales support.
• Gather market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Required Skills & CompetenciesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to understand and explain technical dental products.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and email).
• Prior experience in medical, dental, or pharmaceutical sales is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 - 30,000 per month
• Travel Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) as per company policy.

Eligible Qualifications

• MBA with specialization in Marketing

• Experience in medical, dental, or pharmaceutical sales will be an added advantage.
