PRIMARY INCHARGE / COORDINATOR

Primary Incharge / Coordinator (Nursery to Class V)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee academic and administrative operations of Nursery to Class V.
• Monitor lesson planning, classroom teaching, and syllabus completion.
• Supervise and support teachers for effective classroom management.
• Ensure discipline, punctuality, and adherence to school policies.
• Coordinate assessments, examinations, and student progress tracking.
• Conduct regular classroom observations and provide feedback to teachers.
• Organize staff meetings, training sessions, and academic reviews.
• Maintain student records, attendance, and academic documentation.
• Coordinate Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and address parent concerns.
• Plan and manage school events, assemblies, competitions, and activities.
• Prepare timetables, duty schedules, and staff allocations.
• Ensure a safe, positive, and child-friendly learning environment.
• Submit regular reports and updates to the Principal/Management.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed. preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in teaching and academic coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Office and school management systems.
• Ability to manage teams, solve problems, and work collaboratively.
