Store Manager

We are looking for a Retail Store Manager who would take ownership to provide excellent customer service and meet sales as as designed by management. Candidates with strong communication skills, who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our line of clothing and make recommendations that fits. A positive attitude and a desire to help and assist in turning in store visitors to customers will make you successful in this role.

Full training will be provided, so having retails sales experience is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Greet and direct customers

Provide accurate information (e.g., product features, pricing, and returns/exchange policies)

Answer customers’ queries about our line of Household items and Office Furniture

Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing

Cross-sell products

Ensure racks are fully stocked

Manage returns of merchandise

Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)

Inform customers about discounts and special offers

Provide customer feedback to the Founder/Store Managers.

Stay up to date as we bring new collections.

Requirements and skills

Familiarity with consumer behaviour principles

Basic math skills

Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships

Ability to perform in fast-paced environments

High school degree

Work Hours – 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Week- Off – 1Day/Week with flexibility to choose but at the final discretion of the management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
