Job Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for electrical panel wiring, assembly, installation, testing, and troubleshooting of control panels, distribution panels, and related electrical systems according to technical drawings and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.
- Perform wiring of electrical control panels, MCC panels, PLC panels, and distribution boards.
- Install electrical components such as breakers, contactors, relays, terminal blocks, switches, and meters.
- Route, terminate, label, and dress wires neatly inside panels.
- Conduct continuity, insulation resistance, and functional testing of wired panels.
- Troubleshoot wiring faults and rectify defects.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
- Support panel installation and commissioning activities when required.
