Job Description

Proclivity Digitech Private Limited is looking for a highly experienced, system-oriented, and leadership-driven HR Executive / HR Head who can build, manage, and streamline the complete HR structure of the company from top to bottom with professionalism, accountability, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate should have 3 - 5 years of complete HRD experience with strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, compliance coordination, employee management, policy implementation, workforce planning, payroll coordination, settlements, and organizational development. The candidate should be capable of creating a strong internal system with minimal errors and ensuring smooth company operations across all departments.

  • Job Title: HR Executive / HR Head ( International Website consultant Hiring is Preferable.)
  • Experience Required: 7–10 Years
  • Location: Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata
  • Employment Type: Full-Time (Work From Office)
  • Industry: International BPO / IT Services / Website Sales / ELD Process

Key Responsibilities

HR Leadership & System Development

  • Build and manage the complete HR system and operational structure of the company.
  • Develop professional workflows, reporting structures, SOPs, and employee management systems.
  • Ensure proper coordination between HR, Operations, Admin, Accounts, Training, and Management departments.
  • Create scalable systems that improve productivity, discipline, accountability, retention, and employee performance.

Recruitment & Workforce Management

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for:
  • International Website Sales Process
  • International B2B Outbound Sales
  • ELD Sales Process
  • ELD Customer Support Process
  • IT, HR, Admin, Operations, and Backend teams
  • Build strong recruitment channels through:
  • Consultancies
  • Placement cells
  • References
  • Recruiter networks
  • Social media hiring
  • Professional industry contacts
  • Ensure proper candidate follow-up from interview till:
  • Joining
  • Documentation
  • Offer letter issuance
  • Training completion
  • Floor onboarding

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain complete HR documentation, biometric attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee records.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, warning procedures, and workplace professionalism.
  • Coordinate with lawyers, consultants, and management regarding HR compliances and company policies.
  • Supervise employee exit procedures, full & final settlements, asset recoveries, and documentation.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are implemented properly in the best interests of the organization.

Organizational & Culture Management

  • Maintain professional workplace culture and employee dignity.
  • Act as a strong representative and face of the company for employees, candidates, vendors, consultants, and external coordination.
  • Guide HR recruiters, interns, and HR executives and ensure department performance targets are achieved.

Required Skills

  • Complete knowledge of HRD operations and systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Expertise in recruitment, employee handling, compliance coordination, and workforce management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to create and manage error-free systems and processes.
  • Professional, disciplined, and highly trustworthy personality.

Qualification

  • MBA / PGDM in HR preferred.
  • Graduation mandatory.

Experience Required

  • 3 -5 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Experience in International BPO, Website Sales, or ELD Process preferred.
  • Experience handling bulk hiring and large workforce management is an advantage.
