Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their insurance needs, and provide suitable life insurance solutions. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, generating business, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer financial goals and recommend suitable life insurance products.
- Generate leads through references, networking, and customer interactions.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct customer meetings and product presentations.
- Assist customers with policy issuance, renewals, and servicing.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy processing and customer support.
