Job Description

At Virgo's International, we are driving the green revolution forward. As an authorised channel partner of Tata Power, India’s largest and most trusted EV charging network, we supply, install, and commission state-of-the-art AC and DC Fast EV Charging Stations (ranging from 7.4 kW to 240 kW+). From highways and commercial hubs to fleet operators and residential societies, we are building the infrastructure for tomorrow.

To support our rapid expansion, we are looking for a high-energy Sales & Marketing Manager who is passionate about sustainability, tech, and aggressive business growth.

What You’ll Do (The Role)You will lead our business development engine, turning the massive nationwide demand for EV infrastructure into concrete projects for Virgo’s International.

  • B2B Lead Generation: Identify and pitch EV charging infrastructure solutions to key sectors: commercial real estate, malls, hotels, highway restaurants, hospitals, and fleet/logistics operators.
  • Leverage the Tata Power Brand: Pitch Tata Power’s industry-leading EZ Charge tech, reassuring B2B clients with the heritage of trust, rock-solid reliability, and turnkey franchise models.
  • End-to-End Sales Management: Manage the full sales cycle—from initial site scouting and site assessment coordination to commercial negotiation and closing high-value installation deals.
  • Local Marketing & Awareness: Execute targeted local B2B marketing campaigns, build a strong digital presence on portals like IndiaMART, and represent the company at local EV/automobile expos.
  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison between our clients, our engineering installation team, and Tata Power stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Who You Are (The Requirements)Experienced: 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or Business Development (Experience in EV infrastructure, electrical switchgears, solar energy, or commercial real estate is highly preferred).
  • Technical Comfort: A basic understanding of electrical infrastructure or EV charging terms (AC vs. DC chargers, CCS2 connectors, kW capacities) so you can talk comfortably with engineers and business owners.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong command over pitching and negotiating, with the ability to confidently present financial ROI models to business owners.
  • Networker: A self-starter who knows how to map out a local territory (Jaipur and broader Rajasthan/highways) to find prime spots for EV stations.
