Job Description
Job Title: Delivery Boy
Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Delivery Boy to ensure timely and safe delivery of orders to customers. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of local routes, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to delivering orders accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver orders safely and on schedule.
- Verify delivery details and ensure accurate order handling.
- Collect cash or digital payments, if required.
- Maintain delivery records and submit proof of delivery.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and in good condition.
- Report any delivery issues, delays, or customer complaints to the supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass.
- Valid driving license (for two-wheeler/four-wheeler as applicable).
- Own vehicle preferred (if required by the company).
- Basic knowledge of smartphone apps and GPS navigation.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours.
