Job Summary- We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our educational institute’s call center in Chandan Nagar Pune. 

Key Requirements:

• Minimum one year of experience as a Telecaller Sales from Training Institute is preferred. Freshers are also welcome.
•  Educational qualification of at least twelfth pass or a graduate degree preferred.

Job Role / Responsibility :

• The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to provide information about courses and admission details. 
• Assisting students and parents with queries providing course information and converting leads into enrollments. Ensuring a positive and professional approach in all interactions. 
• Engaging with potential students and encouraging them to enroll in courses. 
• Following up on leads and ensuring timely response to inquiries. 
• Maintaining accurate records of conversations and updating CRM software. 
• A supportive and dynamic work environment.
