Job Description
- 1. Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- 2. Sales & Business DevelopmentGenerate leads and convert them into customers
- Cross-sell and upsell company products/services
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Follow up with potential clients
- 3. Customer SupportGuide customers about products, services, and offers
- Assist with documentation and onboarding
- Maintain regular communication through calls, WhatsApp, email, or meetings
- 4. Data & ReportingMaintain customer records in CRM/software
- Prepare daily sales and follow-up reports
- Track customer interactions and performance
- 5. CoordinationCoordinate with internal teams for customer requirements
- Ensure smooth service delivery and issue resolution
