• 🎯 Job ResponsibilitiesManage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
• Create engaging, high-quality, and SEO-friendly social media content.
• Plan and execute monthly social media calendars.
• Increase brand awareness and online engagement.
• Generate quality leads through organic and paid social media campaigns.
• Optimize social media profiles for maximum visibility.
• Design creative posts, banners, carousels, and reels.
• Write compelling captions, hashtags, and promotional content.
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
• Respond to customer comments, messages, and reviews professionally.
• Coordinate with the marketing and design teams.
• Track performance using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• ✅ Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Social Media Optimization (SMO/SCO).
• Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
• Good understanding of SEO fundamentals.
• Content writing and copywriting skills.
• Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools.
• Meta Ads Manager experience is an advantage.
• Google Business Profile management.
• Basic video editing skills.
• AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
• 🎓 QualificationBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Digital Marketing certification is preferred.
• 💼 Experience1–3 years (Freshers with exceptional skills may also apply.)
