Automobile Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to expand our dealer network, strengthen relationships with existing customers, and increase sales of commercial vehicle spare parts across Delhi NCR.

The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B field sales, regularly visiting automobile retailers, workshops, distributors, and fleet operators.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit automobile spare parts retailers, distributors, and workshops on a daily basis.
• Generate new business and appoint new dealers within the assigned territory.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Promote new product launches and increase product penetration.
• Collect market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Ensure timely collections and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Resolve customer complaints by coordinating with the internal team.
• Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR) detailing market visits and sales activities.
• Increase visibility of Marson products within the assigned territory.

• Desired Candidate Profile2–5 years of experience in field sales.
• Prior experience in commercial vehicle spare parts or automotive aftermarket preferred.
• Candidates from lubricants, tyres, batteries, bearings, filters, auto components, or truck parts industries are encouraged to apply.
• Existing network with automobile retailers and workshops will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
