Business Unit Intern / AI Product Management Intern

1.AI PRODUCT MANAGEMENT INTERN

Key Responsibilities

· Prompt Engineering & Optimization: Design, test, and iterate on AI prompts to ensure our bots deliver accurate, relevant, and engaging responses.

· Project Execution: Collaborate closely with PMs and engineering teams to build and deploy specific AI products, including:

o AI Voicebots: Enhancing natural language understanding for voice-led customer interactions.

o WhatsApp AI Bot: Developing seamless, text-based conversational flows for user engagement and support.

o AI QA Audit Bot: Assisting in the creation of automated systems to audit and evaluate the quality of AI and human outputs.

· Product Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing of AI models and bot workflows to identify edge cases, hallucinations, or conversational bottlenecks.

· Data Analysis & Feedback Loop: Monitor bot performance metrics, analyze user interactions, and synthesize data to recommend product enhancements to the PM team.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, helping to translate user needs into technical AI requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Education: Recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science or Data Science in Engineering or any Computer Application related Degrees.

· AI Knowledge: Basic understanding of Generative AI, principles of Prompt Engineering.

· Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze conversational data, spot patterns, and creatively solve logical problems within bot workflows.

· Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts in simple terms.

· Adaptability: Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment and a willingness to tackle ambiguous challenges.

2.JD FOR BUSINESS UNIT INTERN

Skills Required:

1.Excellent Verbal & communication skills.

2. Candidate must know Hindi language.

3. Advanced Excel / analytical skills required, must be able to synthesize data by asking the right questions and analyzing to guide actions.

4.Strong problem-solving skills – creating new markets, customer relationships and solutions.

5.Good people management skills, number crunching skills and general aptitude

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Rapidly manage the on-going relationship with lender partners and ensure timely feedback received from all lenders across.

· Develop a growth strategy for lenders and a monthly conversion target be achieved.

· Build and foster deep relationships with lenders at all levels and with industry experts

· Work closely with the cross-sales team to build efficient processes with lenders.
