Associate Product Manager

About the RoleWe are looking for a Software Product & Operations Manager who can manage our software applications, coordinate with the development team, handle day-to-day office operations, and showcase our products to clients, users, and internal teams.

The candidate should be responsible, well-organized, good at communication, and able to understand software products from both business and user points of view.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor all company software applications and dashboards.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, testers, and support team members.
• Collect requirements from management, clients, users, and office teams.
• Explain requirements clearly to the technical team.
• Track daily development work, pending tasks, bugs, and updates.
• Test new features before release and report issues properly.
• Follow up with the team until tasks are completed.
• Prepare product notes, feature lists, reports, and basic documentation.
• Showcase company products to clients, users, staff, and partners.
• Give product demos and explain software features in a simple way.
• Collect client feedback and share improvement points with the team.
• Coordinate product launches, updates, and training sessions.
• Handle daily office-related coordination and operational follow-up.
• Maintain proper records of tasks, issues, client discussions, and project progress.
• Ensure software work is completed on time with quality.
• Support management in planning, reporting, and execution.
• Required SkillsGood communication skills in English and Kannada/Hindi.
• Basic understanding of software, websites, mobile apps, dashboards, and CRM systems.
• Ability to coordinate between technical and non-technical teams.
• Good presentation and product demonstration skills.
• Basic knowledge of project/task management.
• Ability to understand client requirements and explain them to developers.
• Good follow-up, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, MS Office/Google Sheets, email, and WhatsApp communication.
• Problem-solving attitude and ownership mindset.
• Preferred SkillsExperience in software company, product company, CRM, SaaS, or IT office.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX, testing, bug reporting, and product flow.
• Experience in giving product demos or client presentations.
• Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Trello, Jira, Notion, ClickUp, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of web development and mobile app development process.
• QualificationAny Graduate / BCA / BBA / MBA / Diploma in Computer Science or related field.
• Candidates with good software understanding and coordination skills will be preferred.
