Job Description
Job Title: Calling Executive – Payment Recovery & Stock Management
Job Responsibilities:
- Customers ko payment recovery ke liye call karna.
- Outstanding payments ka regular follow-up karna aur payment status maintain karna.
- Payment-related records aur follow-up details ko update rakhna.
- Sales aur Accounts team ke saath coordination karke payment issues resolve karna.
- Stock management aur stock records ko maintain karna.
- Material availability aur stock updates ka proper record rakhna.
- Daily calling report aur follow-up report submit karna.
- Any other office-related tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Hindi; basic English preferred).
- Confident and professional calling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/ERP preferred).
- Good follow-up and record-keeping ability.
- Responsible, organized, and team-oriented.
