Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Source new B2B and B2C project opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events. Indeed +2
- Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, real estate developers, and the interior designer community to drive recurring business.
- Client Consultation: Conduct needs assessments, present design portfolios, and guide clients through modular furniture or overall design solutions.
- Proposal & Bidding: Coordinate with internal design teams to analyze drawings, draft accurate quotes, and submit competitive project proposals.
- Deal Closure & Payments: Negotiate contracts, close sales, and oversee the collection of milestone payments.
