Sales Manager Agency

Sasteghar.com is looking for a result-driven Sales Manager – Agency Vertical who will be responsible for building and managing a strong network of Associate Partners (Agents). The role focuses on agent recruitment, business development, team handling, and driving real estate sales through channel partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and activate Associate Partners / Agents on a regular basis
• Develop and expand the agency/channel partner network to drive business growth
• Generate revenue through property sales via channel partners
• Manage, mentor, and support agents to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews with partners
• Build strong and long-term relationships with agents and ensure continuous engagement
• Drive lead generation and deal closures through the agency network
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, CRM, Accounts) for smooth deal execution
• Maintain daily MIS reports and update CRM systems

Candidate Requirements (Must Have)

• Experience in Agency Vertical (Insurance / Mutual Fund industry only)
• Proven experience in agent recruitment, team handling, and sales management
• Strong business development and networking skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
• Target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and field-driven environment
