Job Title: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive
Job Summary:
An HR Recruiter is responsible for identifying, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet an organization's staffing needs.
They coordinate the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding selected employees.
- Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand hiring requirements from department managers.
- Post job openings on job portals and social media.
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
