Job Summary

Career Plus is looking for creative, result-oriented, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executives to join our team in Hyderabad. The selected candidates will work on social media marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, local SEO, GMB optimization, and lead generation campaigns.

We are also hiring one experienced Digital Marketing Team Leader who can manage the team, plan campaigns, monitor performance, and improve lead quality across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other digital channels.

 Plan, create, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and promotional content.

 Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation.

 Handle Google Ads campaigns and improve campaign performance.

 Work on Google Business Profile (GMB) optimization.

 Manage local SEO for company websites and business listings.

 Work on major SEO activities including on-page SEO, off-page SEO, keyword optimization, and website ranking improvement.

 Generate quality leads through paid and organic marketing strategies.

 Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports.

 Improve ROI, lead quality, and conversion performance using analytics.

 Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and social media algorithms.

 Prepare monthly content calendars and execute marketing plans.

Required Skills

 Good knowledge of Social Media Marketing.

 Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.

 Basic to advanced knowledge of Google Ads.

 Knowledge of Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.

 Understanding of SEO, keywords, website ranking, and content optimization.

 Canva knowledge is preferred.

 Creative thinking and good content planning skills.

 Ability to generate quality leads through paid campaigns.

 Good communication and reporting skills.

Team Leader Requirements

 Ability to manage and guide a digital marketing team.

 Strong experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and lead generation.

 Ability to plan monthly campaigns and marketing strategies.

 Must be able to monitor team performance and campaign results.

 Should be able to improve lead quality and reduce fake or low-quality leads.

 Experience in the education or overseas consultancy sector will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field.

 Freshers with good digital marketing knowledge are encouraged to apply for Executive positions.

 1+ year of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing is preferred.

 Experience in education, admissions, overseas education, or consultancy marketing is an added advantage.
