Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Counter Staff for a Bank in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer transactions, assisting with account-related services, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth branch operations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle cash deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions.
- Assist customers with account opening and documentation.
- Verify KYC documents and maintain records.
- Resolve customer queries and provide banking information.
- Maintain transaction accuracy and branch records.
- Support daily branch operations and administrative activities.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures.
- Promote banking products and services to customers.
- RequirementsAny Graduate.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
