Job Description
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching electronic products.
- Lead and coordinate warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Ensure accurate inventory management through regular stock counts and cycle counts.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Maintain proper storage conditions to prevent damage to electronic items.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and coordinate with the sales, procurement, and logistics teams.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess inventory, or damaged goods.
- Enforce workplace safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization for efficient operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and warehouse performance reports.
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
