Job Description
- Office MaintenanceKeep the office, reception, cabins, pantry, and washrooms clean and organized.
- Arrange meeting rooms before and after meetings.
- Ensure drinking water, tea/coffee supplies, and pantry items are always available.
- Monitor housekeeping materials and report shortages.
- Staff & Visitor SupportServe tea, coffee, and water to visitors and staff.
- Welcome visitors and inform the receptionist or concerned employee.
- Assist employees with photocopying, scanning, filing, and document movement.
- Courier & DispatchPack small parcels and documents.
- Coordinate with courier companies for pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain courier dispatch and inward registers.
- Deliver documents to banks, government offices, vendors, and customers when required.
- Banking & Office ErrandsDeposit cheques and cash as instructed.
- Collect documents from suppliers or customers.
- Handle office purchases such as stationery, pantry items, and other essentials.
- Inventory SupportKeep stationery stock updated.
- Distribute office supplies to employees.
- Inform Admin before supplies run out.
- Showroom SupportAssist the sales team in arranging garments.
- Help maintain neat display racks.
- Carry sample bags for customers within the showroom.
- Assist during exhibitions and customer visits.
- DocumentationFile invoices and office records.
- Organize physical files.
