Job Description

  • 1. Dispatch Operations ManagementPlan and supervise daily dispatch activities.
  • Ensure timely dispatch of orders as per delivery schedules.
  • Monitor order processing from invoice generation to final loading.
  • Allocate vehicles and optimize dispatch routes for efficient deliveries.
  • Ensure proper documentation for all outgoing shipments.
  • 2. Team LeadershipLead and manage the dispatch team, including supervisors and dispatch executives.
  • Assign duties and monitor team performance.
  • Conduct training to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • Maintain discipline and productivity within the department.
  • 3. Coordination and CommunicationCoordinate with Sales, Production, Warehouse, and Accounts departments regarding dispatch requirements.
  • Liaise with transporters and logistics partners for vehicle availability and delivery updates.
  • Address customer queries related to dispatch status and delivery timelines.
