Job Opening: Site Supervisor / Civil Site Engineer

Location: Pardi, Gujarat

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Site Supervisor / Civil Site Engineer to oversee the day-to-day construction activities at our residential bungalow project.

Responsibilities

* Supervise daily construction work at the site.

* Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.

* Monitor the quality of construction and workmanship.

* Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and suppliers.

* Plan and monitor daily work progress to meet project timelines.

* Check materials received at the site and maintain inventory records.

* Ensure proper safety practices are followed on-site.

* Report daily progress, issues, and material requirements to the management.

* Maintain site records, measurements, and work updates.

Requirements

* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

* 1–3 years of experience in civil construction site supervision (freshers with strong practical knowledge may also apply).

* Good understanding of construction methods, RCC work, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing works.

* Ability to read construction drawings and execute work accordingly.

* Basic knowledge of quantity estimation and material management.

* Good communication and problem-solving skills.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and WhatsApp for daily reporting is preferred.

Salary
