Job Title: Telesales Executive - AyurvedaJob OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our team in the Ayurvedic/Personal Care sector. In this role, you will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, educating customers on the benefits of our Ayurvedic products, and driving sales conversions. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for health and wellness, we want to hear from you!

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Conversion: Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries to convert them into successful sales.
  • Product Consultation: Understand customer health/wellness needs and pitch appropriate Ayurvedic products or remedies effectively.
  • Relationship Management: Follow up diligently with existing customers for repeat orders, feedback, and relationship building.
  • Data Management: Accurately maintain call records, customer interactions, and sales pipelines in the system.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily talk-time metrics and monthly sales targets.
  • Candidate RequirementsExperience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, or Telecalling (Experience in Ayurveda, Healthcare, Wellness, or Personal Care sales is a huge plus).
  • Education: 12th Pass, Diploma, or Graduate.
  • Language Skills: Good Regional Language skills (Hindi/Local language) and Basic to Good English to comfortably interact with a diverse customer base.
  • Core Skills: Strong convincing skills, active listening, and a patient, customer-centric approach.
  • Eligibility: Both Male and Female candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Salary & BenefitsSalary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience).
  • Incentives: Attractive performance-based sales incentives.
  • Location: Noida / Greater Noida.
