Job Description

Key Responsibilities


Contribute to the achievement of team targets set by respective clients.

- Maintain 100% compliance in line with organizational goals.

- Ensure daily follow-up of PTP and escalation of all assigned cases.

- Participate in and provide constant feedback for process improvements to increase collection figures.

- Liaise with Operations Support staff on urgent portfolio matters.

- Maintain close relationships with other Portfolio officers to enhance collection.
