Job Summary - The Retail Sales Officer is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales performance, and ensuring smooth store operations. The role involves assisting customers in product selection, achieving sales targets, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and building long-term customer relationships while representing the brand's values and service excellence.

• Key Responsibilities
• Sales & Customer Service
• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, pricing, and available offers.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns effectively.
• Ensure a premium shopping experience throughout the customer journey.
• Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Generate repeat business through follow-ups and personalized service.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
• Inform customers about new collections, promotions, and special events.
• Store OperationsEnsure proper display and merchandising of products.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards of the showroom.
• Assist in stock management, inventory checks, and replenishment activities.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Follow company policies related to security and asset protection.
• Billing & Documentation
• Assist customers with billing and payment processes.
• Ensure accurate documentation and transaction records.
• Support exchange, return, and after-sales service processes as per company policy.
• Compliance & Security
• Adhere to operational guidelines and SOPs.
• Follow security protocols for handling high-value products.
• Participate in stock audits and inventory verification exercises.

• Experience1–5 years of experience in retail sales, luxury retail, jewellery, watches, fashion, lifestyle, electronics, or customer-facing roles.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and customer service orientation may also be considered.
