Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, managing admissions, and converting inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career options
- Handle walk-ins, calls, and online admission inquiries
- Convert leads into successful admissions
- Maintain student records and follow-up with prospects
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Coordinate with the academic and management team for smooth operations
- Guide junior counsellors if required
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions counselling / education sales
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Ability to handle targets and lead conversions
- Basic knowledge of CRM / Excel / lead management
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 + Incentives (Based on experience)
