Job Description

Hosur Hardware and Tool Centre is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Billing Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating accurate invoices, maintaining billing records, and supporting daily store operations related to billing and accounts. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth and timely transactions with our customers and suppliers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate bills/invoices for walk-in and wholesale customers using billing software Tally
  • Cross-check product codes, quantities, and pricing before final billing
  • Maintain and update daily sales and billing reports
  • Manage and organize physical and digital invoice records
  • Coordinate with store and inventory teams for stock availability and discrepancies
  • Handle basic customer queries related to billing and GST
  • Assist in end-of-day cash and card reconciliation
  • Ensure timely submission of bills to accounts for GST filing and reporting
  • Support month-end and audit-related documentation
