Job Description


*Role Overview:*

A Travel Sales Consultant helps clients plan, book, and manage travel experiences. The role combines customer service, sales, and destination knowledge to create tailored travel packages while meeting sales targets.


*Key Responsibilities:*

Consult with clients to understand travel needs, preferences, and budget

Recommend and sell domestic and international travel packages (flights, hotels, tours, visas, insurance)

Design customized itineraries based on customer requirements

Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business

Resolve customer queries, complaints, and last-minute changes
